Biography

Chengyu Wang is a Senior Algorithm Expert at Alibaba Group. He received his Ph.D. from East China Normal University (ECNU), where he was supervised by Prof. Xiaofeng He and Prof. Aoying Zhou. He currently works on deep learning algorithms for natural language processing, multimodal learning, and large language models. He has also developed NLP toolkits for Alibaba Cloud, including EasyTransfer, EasyNLP, and EasyDistill. He has published more than 100 papers in leading international conferences and journals, including ACL, EMNLP, ICLR, NeurIPS, KDD, CVPR, WWW, SIGIR, and TKDE.
